Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. Please read the section below for more information.
Damages and issues
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Spicymaminyc.com However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know! Note: when you Email us please put your full name and order number in the subject of the email.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your package at spicymaminyc@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (purchases made with discount codes) or gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
Upon inquiry, if your package was damaged in transit you can request a return. Following the instructions given in the section titled Damages and Issues. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved then you will get an email with information regarding your return. After the approval you’ll automatically get store credit. Exchanges only apply for products damaged in transit.
Lost or stolen packages
Spicy Mami NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Spicy Mami NYC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
